What the press says...
"This 170 bed hostel is the flagship of an excellent hostel chain that has been making a name for itself over the past few years for its basic but cheap and clean accommodation, friendly service, and all around good times.' - Lonely Planet London
'With the management organising a different entertainment every night (karaoke, sight seeing walks, barbecues, movies and late licensed night club) and two sister establishments up the road (one pub, one internet cafe) all offering discounts on food and drink, hostellers have a ready-made social life within 100 yards.' - Daily Telegraph
Gapyear.com says...
We love The Village for it's superb location, top-notch facilities, thriving nightlife and backpacker-friendly attitude. We also love the fact that their three London Bridge locations all offer something different - be it a party vibe, a place to explore and relax or just a good nights sleep you are after, you'll find it at one of these three hostels. The Village is the jewel in St Christopher's crown though with its super-friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms and great deals and discounts.
